Description - Central Park

Central Park is a modern, mixed-use development project that offers first class office, residential and retail space. It comprises of one Class A office buildings which upon completion will have the capacity to host about 1,500 workers. The residential buildings planned for development are five. Central Park offers around 23,000 m2 of retail areas on two levels and will accommodate large supermarket, furniture store, showroom, fitness and spa center, children’s center, restaurants, pharmacy, cafeterias, botanical garden and variety of services. Parking areas occupy two underground levels, where also the visitors parking is envisaged. The last stage of project’s development is scheduled for completion by 2024.

Central Park has a wide frontage on one of the main boulevards in Burgas - Yanko Komitov, overlooking Sveta Troitsa Park. The traffic artery provides excellent accessibility for all means of transportation. It is in immediate proximity to the most densely populated residential district in the city – Slaveykov, and in a few minutes’ drive from the city center. The area of the project has already been formed as a strong shopping destination by the numerous international and local retailers presented in Galleria Burgas, as well as by the big box retailers positioned along the boulevard, such as Kaufland, AIKO and Praktiker.
