The project is the first modern multitenant retail park format for southwestern Bulgaria. Due to denivelation the commercial space is distributed on two levels, with an adjacent parking. The two levels are connected via travellator for customers. The ground level, with a frontage on Orlinska Str., accommodates the first stores of Billa, Jysk and Pepco for the town of Dupnitsa. While the ground level, with a frontage on Tsar Osvoboditel Str., accommodates КiK and the only TeMax store for the region.

The Retail Park is located in a residential district, close to the main road to Sofia and to the traffic, which comes from road E79 directed to Plovdiv and Borovets. Traffic estimated at 2,500 cars per hour. Nearby is the Northern Industrial Zone and the largest pharmaceutical company Actavis with 1,000 staff.
