Retail Park Karlovo is modern retail park project with approximately 8,500 sq.m. of retail space and an open-air parking with 300 spaces. The project features suitable areas for large fashion stores, furniture and home goods, electronics, shoes, drugstore, pet store and others. Construction of the retail park is scheduled to be completed by mid-2023.
Location – Retail Park Karlovo
The retail park is located in the southern part of Karlovo, with a wide frontage on Gen. Zaimov Str., which is one of the key traffic arteries for the town. In immediate proximity to the project, the international European road E871, which is the main road connecting the western Balkans with the eastern Black Sea coast. Also, the project is neighboring the residential districts \"Rozova Dolina\" and \"Vasil Levski\".
