Description - Retail Park Knyajevo
Retail Park Knyajevo is a project of a modern retail park, offering a commercial area of approx. 7,000 m2, located on three levels. The park will feature suitable areas for a supermarket, drugstore, fashion and shoe stores and others. Communication between the floors will be done through a pedestrian ramp. The project is planned for completion in the end of 2023/ the beginning of 2024. Parking for visitors is provided with over 100 spaces.
Location – Retail Park Knyajevo
The future retail park will be located in the western part of Sofia, between the densely populated residential neighborhoods \"Knyazhevo\", \"Panorama Boyana\" and \"Karpuzitsa\". The project will have a wide frontage on “Tsar Boris III” Blvd., which is the main road connecting major cities in southwestern Bulgaria such as Pernik, Dupnitsa, Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad with Sofia. The retail park will have convenient access by both personal and public transport.
