Retail Park Sredets, with its 32,000 m2 of retail space, is positioned as the key shopping destination for Northern Sofia, satisfying the needs of the surrounding neighborhoods. It is comprised of the only Bauhaus store in the country, which is the biggest DIY operator in Bulgaria, and a multi-tenant building which houses a supermarket, furniture and lighting stores and others. The biggest electronics operator in the country, Technopolis, is also presented within the location with a store in immediate proximity to the park.

Retail Park Sredets is located in Sofia, just North form the Central Train Station. It has a wide frontage on Istoriya Slavyanobalgarska Blvd. which catches the main traffic from the Northern part of the city to the city center and Southern parts of Sofia. The location is within a 10 minute drive from downtown Sofia and in walking distance from two stops of the city underground.
