The project comprises development of 2,800 m2 retail space next to the only supermarket in the residential district - Billa. The Polish retailers Pepco and Sinsay are among the operators in the project. Together with the supermarket, the project is designed as the first commercial park for the city.

The retail park has wide frontage on 2-ri Yuni Boulevard, one of the main traffic arteries that leads directly to the town’s center. The boulevard also connects to the main road to Sofia. The surrounding area is already defined as a retail destination due to the numerous notable operators situated there such as Praktiker, Technopolis, IDEA Furniture and TeMax.
