Dimitrinka is heading Retail Services agency in Colliers. For more than 14 years she has been having a key role in the department, providing consultancy and representation services for major projects such as: Sofia Ring Mall, The Mall, Mall of Sofia, Grand Mall Varna Burgas Plaza, Mall Plovdiv, Galleria Burgas, Galleria Stara Zagora, Jumbo Plaza, Retail Park Varna. Dimitrinka has worked closely with companies in various industries and developed long-term relationships with most of the developers and retail operators on the Bulgarian and international market, such as GTC, Bluehouse, Danaos, Orchid Developments, Trinity Capital, Inditex, H&M, LPP Group, Fit Invest International, to mention a few.
Janeta joined the administration team of Colliers International in the second half of 2016. Her role was related to providing administrative support to all company departments. While working as Office Administrator she mastered her communication, organization, planning and customer service skills. At present, Janeta is dedicated to supporting the activities of the Retail Services team. Her function is focused on organizational support and includes drafting presentations, client offers and other documents, meeting agendas, database maintenance, research and facilitating communication between department members.
Ralitsa Yordanova started working in Colliers in 2007 as part of the Valuation Advisory Services team. She has been there five years, before relocating to China. In 2019 Ralitsa joined Colliers again in the role of Manager Key Accounts Retail Services. Prior to that, between 2011 – 2016, Ralitsa established herself as a business consultant, helping small foreign ventures with their progress in China. Upon returning to Bulgaria in 2016 she worked for MBL/CBRE and subsequently for JYSK, focusing on retail space brokerage and business development. Ralitsa has a BA in Planning and Forecasting from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria.
Ivan Kalenski joined Colliers International in 2018 as part of the Retail Services team. His role in the company is providing administrative and organizational support to the department, preparing presentations, maintaining the Integis database, drafting client offers and other documents. Ivan’s previous experience is in VP Brands International SA, where he successfully completed a two-month internship with the exclusive tasks of preparing a branding strategy of a product from the portfolio of the company and developing a comprehensive presentation for entering a specific foreign market. His work experience has played a significant role in the development of Ivan’s communication, presentation, organizational, and soft skills. He has Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Political Science and International Relations from American University in Bulgaria.
