Privacy policy
- The administrator of the domain of the website www.retailmap.bg (the “Website”) is Colliers International EOOD, registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 121047004 (the Administrator).
- The Administrator respects the right to privacy of individuals who use the Website (the “Users”) and processes their personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), where applicable. In compliance with these requirements, the Administrator applies this Privacy Policy and takes the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and lawful processing of Users’ personal data.
- The Administrator may collect the following data from Users:
- first and last name of individuals
- name of legal entities
- email address
- search results
- address – information resulting from Internet connection rules, such as the IP address (and other information contained in system logs), is used by the Administrator for technical purposes
- cookies – these are text files that the Website sends to the User’s computer in order to record their online activity. Cookies may be used to better personalise the content of the Website, improve certain aspects of its functionality and record the User’s online activity. The User may at any time manage, restrict or delete cookies through the settings of the web browser they use. Restricting or disabling certain cookies may result in some Website functionalities becoming unavailable. When the Website is accessed by the User, cookies are sent to the User’s computer or to any other device used by the User to browse the Website. The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain information about our Users or to track their location. - Access to personal data is granted only to employees and persons who process data on behalf of the Administrator, to the extent necessary for the performance of their employment or contractual obligations. All persons granted access are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to comply with the Administrator’s internal rules and applicable legislation concerning the protection of personal data.
- Users have the right to request access to their personal data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as to object to processing, where applicable under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legislation. - The Administrator reserves the right to amend and supplement this Privacy Policy in the event of changes to applicable legislation, the manner in which personal data is processed, or the services provided through the Website. Each updated version of the Policy will be published on the Website and will enter into force as of the date of its publication, unless otherwise specified therein. Where required by law or where the changes materially affect the rights of Users, the Administrator will notify them in an appropriate manner, including by email where the Administrator has their contact details.
